• Attendance at all design team meetings incl evaluation of several proposed site options

• Concept through to detailed design estimates

• Cost advice during developed design thorugh to detailed design

• Preparation of SOQ

• Assistance in tender evaluation

• Progress Claim and Variation assessment including off site materials and certification for duration of project

• Settlement of final account

• Liaising with Heritage NZ
